I have my base co. in NJ and I am working with client at Florida, I have my Labour cert. cleared from NJ and now where should I file my I-140/I-485, will it be in Florida (texas) because I work there, or will it be in NJ (vermont) because my sponsoring co. is there.
I might loose project in florida and move to different state. Please help.
