I have created this I-140/I-485/EAD/AP Tracking Topic only for those individuals who qualify to file I-140/I-485/EAD/AP under NON RETROGESSED COUNTRY as of today.

Here is mine:
Labor approved: March 2006
I-140/I-485/EAD filled: April 27, 2006 ( Filled Concurently)
Category: EB2
Processing Center: Nebraska ( I guess....)
Country: one of NON RETROGESSED COUNTRY

ask ur hr to send you receipts for

i140
i485
i131
i765

if u applied for wife
then copies for wife too

you should be able to track the cases online
not a lot of ino, but at least you would have SOME knowlege of when the case is approved

I am from Non retro country. I have one EB3 labor and one EB2 labor pending in BEC. the first one my HR claims is eb3 but it has BS+5 years exp in min exp.also can i file ead/ap for eb3 labor its pd is may 2004 and one eb2 labor pending dec 2004.can i convert the eb3 labor into eb2 in next stages ?any inputs
 
What do you think of my progress so far? Do you think I 485 decision might be in sight?

Thankfully, no RFEs so far.
 
I-485 could still take a while, depends on name check too. I filed my I-140/I-485 with NSC back in late March and my I-140 was approved in mid-May but no LUDs on I-485 so far except to reflect fingerprinting. Then again, NSC is still processing I-485 cases from Aug 30, 2005, according to the USCIS web site.

I had a question. I am yet to file 140/485/ead/ap .being in name check will it increase the time to get ead/ap.any inputs.

You have a PD of 2006 and you are from rest of the world category and EB3 too. Can u file EAD/AP.along. i thot u cant do it. Even i am rest of the world and have EB3 labor pending in BEC.i thot i have to wait till PD becomes current.Any inputs.
 
My PERM has a PD of 4/2006. But I have a previously approved I140 with a PD from 1997. This is before the EB3 rest of world dates in the visa bulletin and is portable since the underlying I140 has not been revoked. Therefore I can adjust my status and apply for EAD/AP. Hopefully my 9 year wait does not extend much longer...

Because it's way too soon. I still waiting for a sign from NSC and I applied on May 15th!! My LUD for I-140 is from 7/22/06
