I-140/I-485 December 2004 Concurrently filed cases

Hi

Anyone has any idea about concurrently filed cases, how they get processed by USCIS? My PD is current, Processing dates are current but USCIS only approved my I-140, my 485 is still pending. They were filed concurrently in Dec 2004. There was a LUD change on 485 on 04/07/05 without any message change. I appreciate your inputs.

If your dates are current and you ND are past current processing dates, i would call the CIS and initiate an inquiry

Don't we have to wait for the processing dates to be 30 days past our RD/ND?

There are tons of people got I-140 approved but waiting I-485 back to RD Jan 2004 though CSC current processing time is Dec 16th. It's all by luck just like lottery.
