I-140, I-485 Concurrently Approved...

Finally got the magic mail from USCIS today.. as a Christmas Gift.
Thanks Everyone and immigration.com portal was very helpful.

I tried to get the appointment by infopass.. it says
"At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later. "

Does that mean it doesn't have local center or .....

Labor filed : April'02 and Approved July'03
I-140 - ND-10/8/03 - rfe ( received nov.29'04) - Educational Evalution - Replied and received date 12/16/04
Approved date 12/22/04
I-485 - Nd -12/05/03 - Rfe( received nov.29'04) - Secondary Evidence of birth and parentage/ Replied and received date 12/16/04
Approved date 12/22/04

Wife I-485 no Rfe.. Approved date 12/22/04

Can you share your 140 RFE case wrt Education.

140 rfe - Education Evaluation.. Level of degree..because mine is 3 year degree..

But Since I have Master's degree.. Everything went fine..

Looks like it is all random, some I 140 I 485 gets approved concurrently, and some I 485 need to wait after I 140 approval.

Did you hear any rumor or indications whether there are plans to process I-140+I-485 at the same time ? That would be perfect...
