I have been watching this forum in the past one year every day. Thanks to everyone who shares his/her experience here and those good news really ecouraged me.

Today, I'm very glad to share my good news:

I140: RD 10/16/2003 ND 10/20/2003
Approve date: 10/21/2004

I485: RD 10/16/2003 ND 10/20/2003
Approve date: 10/22/2004

Got the approval email of I140 last night at around 11:45pm and got very excited. Waited a whole day today, and the I485 approval email arrived at 7:45pm. My husband's I485 approval hasn't come yet, still waiting....

This is a EB2 RIR case. Starting the labor in Oct. 2002 (when the company put the ad.), and the whole process took two years.

This coming Sunday is my birthday, and this is the best gift I have ever got.

The finger print was done on 01/30/2004. And the finger print results were returned back to USCIS on Feb.10 and the cases were resumed.
