Both I-140 and I485 with RD of 20-FEB-2004 have been approved on 09-NOV-2004.

My case details are:
EB2 RIR labor filed- Sep'2001 (Education : Masters in computers)
Moved to Federal in Aug 2002
Moved back to State in Sep 2003
Approved in Jan 2004 after repull from state to federal

I-140/I-485 RD - 20-FEB-2004
I-140/I-485 AD - 09-NOV-2004

Waiting for formal notice from CSC.
 
Congratulations !!
It is very encouraging to start seeing more & more approvals. Seems like CSC might finally have gotten its act together.

My God your Case looks to be like a photocopy of my case :eek: . Just Change the RD to March 04, 2004 and is still pending. Congratulations and Thank you so much for Shairing the Valuable info. :)
 
same as mine

The case is same as mine. Except RD is mar-04.
Bada Bhai our case matches exactly. Infact our RD is also same.
I am early waiting for the approval. Please let us know if u get yours.

Can you post your LUD change history

Congrats ! Mine is almost similar to your case (RD - March 2nd 2004). I140/I485 pending.
Can you please post your LUD change history if you know?
 
My I-140 RD is March 03. LUD got updated on 11/10/04.
Even mine I-1485 LUD got updated to 11/10/04. But my spouse LUD is still not updated. It is still 10/27/04.
Since then, I have been waiting rather impatiently to hear something from USCIS ;-)
