Today must be one of my lucky days!
I just checked my email and got some wonderful news. My I-140 EB1-EA has been approved today (transferred from VSC to NSC on 05/05). About an hour later (5:46pm EST), our I-485s (for both myself and my wife) have been approved as well (our I-485s were not transferred to TSC, LUD 03/11)!
However, my EB2-NIW is still pending at TSC (transferred on 04/24). Even more interesting is that VSC approved our I-485s even though they were linked to my I-140 NIW petition.
I am extremely pleased with NSC and VSC for their swift approvals of our cases. Hence my waiting game has come to an end in slightly less than 4 months (ND for I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131 is 01/27/2006). I am not from a visa retrogressed country.
