I/140/I 485 Approval Dates on Immigrationwatch.com

Hello All

Are these dates shown on immigrationwatch.com site are correct. Cases which have been filed this year are already approved for I 485? Is this correct ?
 
I hope it is true. I have been reading a lot of newsgroups and threads. And this information seems to be quite realistic.
 
I think those are aging cases (with children appoarching 14). Anyway they are accounted for only <0.5% based on www.immigrationwatch.com. The site also list those approved recently during 10/1~12/22:
158 cases for I140
14 cases for I485
