I-140 got approved at TSC after RFE

With your kind help, especially from "trojanblue", my I-140 got approved after RFE. Here is my file:
I-140/485 on 7/14/05
I-485 finger print on 10/3/05
I-140 RFE on 9/8/05
I-140 RFE response on 11/14/05
I-140 got approved on 11/15/05

Could you please share the information about what independent letters and citations that you provide to INS when you reply to RFE?

letters from experts in your field,who don't know you in person,but know your research. These letters should state that you are better than other researcher with similar experience in your field. New citation is the papers cites your published researches after your initial submission. The citation is used to demonstrate that you have influenced the field. Hope these will help you.
