I have a question. My new employer agreed to do labor substitution for my Green card. He is about to start H1-B process for me. Do I need to wait to file I-140 till I receive H1-B approval ? If answer is yes then I will ask my new employer to file H1B through premium processing. Please give me some suggestions. Thanks for your help in advance.
