I-140 Filing

When I filed I140, my attorney said it is ok to not include company tax form. In stead, he asked me to include my W2 forms and pay stubs. Are these documents sufficient?

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Usuall company info is required...even though if u make enough tax payments then W2 from also considerable. if you show less income then it may be issue.

---- They may ask RFE for company financial documents to make sure company is able to pay you the wages according to LC

if you show less income then it may be issue.
---- it can be only issue for H1 status, employer by law is supposed to pay the LC salary only after I-485 approved
