I am intending to file my 1-140 in Nebraska , is there any thing I should know about specifically, any do's and don'ts. As a Canadian citizen I am planning to go for consular processing in Montreal any advice on this.
good luck. I'm Canadian and have been with high tech company for 9 years (last 3 on L1-A in Seattle). Company filed I-140 Executive transfer Category over 500 days ago and there's been no word at all.
