I-140 filing as future employee

Hi,
I am with employer A who has filed Labor for me. Nice company. Current consulting contract ending soon.

Employer B has offered full-time job but no GC. Employer B offers economy down turn protection.

Talked to Employer A and he said he'll keep Labor alive for approval date + 3 mths. Come back and join then to proceed further.

Can Employer A file for I-140 for me if I am working for Employer B?
What about 485? Can that be filed the same way?

yes, employer A still can file I-140 and I-485 if employer A is willing, no restriction
