I-140 filed without Labor Certification Hard copy

My labor got approved by PBEC in October 2006. But I never received the Labor Certification hard copy. My company had changed address since the Labor was filed and even though the address change was notified, it looks like the approval papers were sent to old address and got lost.

After many tries/long wait had to file I-140 without the certification papers .

Anybody had this problem before, if so what happened?
What will happen?

If you request copy, direct them to send directly to Service where your I-140 was filed/pending

Maybe you already have but if you havent, checkout the latest faq from DOL that addresses this issue.
