Hi All,
My I-140 (EB3) was filed independently on September 3rd 2004 (ND). I was wondering if the processing dates posted for I-140 (Currently August 2004) apply for all I-140 applications or only those that have been filed concurrently with I-485.
I have seen approvals for I-140 concurrently filed I-140/I-485 after Sept 3rd 2004.
