Please help, guys and gals!!!!!!
i filed my I-140 (i have not yet filed my I-485) under NIW category BEFORE I got married (spouse on F-1). My I-140 is still not approved.
i need help on:
1. the steps/process on adding name of my spouse to my I-140 petiton?
2. what steps do i need to take, in case my I-140 is approved before i can add name of my spouse?
or Is it too late for me to add spouse's name?
