the action behind the LUD on 06/08/05 for your I-140 must be an approval. You are the only one left in the list. I think, 'sudigadu' must have got his approval as he got his wife's I-485.

I didn't recieve email. The last LUD on my I-140 was on 05/24/05. And, my attorney recieved the approval on 05/31/05. Give a week from your last LUD. You will get it in the middle of next week.

Waiting for 485 though.

I received LUD without any message change on 140 and all 485 (me and family). Please see my signatures. Any recommendation, what it might be??

do you mind to share with us about what field you are in? We all pretty much waited about 3 years even 4 for the LC. and yours only took less than 1. I think INS did your 140&485 faster also because of your specialty. thanks

I am working in AZ. That's the only reason LC is much faster. NON-IT related. I don't think that is relevant though. Maybe...Anyway, good luck.

Lot of people have been stuck in the Name check queue @ FBI.

485 Approved for me and my wife...LUD on 6/10..No message change..Received snail mail..

Today I got I-140 approval email from USCIS after sending an email to(CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov) them.
It was approved on 06/08/2005 :)

Congrats gcwait. What about your I-485. What reply did you get for the email that you sent to from Div XII. Last week I sent an email and they said "FP results are in, now they will goto adjudications for the next step". Don't know what does that mean.
 
Thank you. for I-485 enquiry the response is "name check pending". I don't know it is general message for all or something like that.
