I-140 Feb '05 cases - EB2

good..are the dates for real!!!!

Are the dates for real...another 15 days dates might be march 16th....are the really processing that many cases in thses days...bcos i heard that there are too many cases in these months than b4...let's be positive...

Could you post more detailed info regarding when did you do FP and did you had FP received LUD and any other LUD's on 485. Also is the online status changed for you to approval OR you just received approval notice in mail. Thanks.

first of all hearltly congratulations to you. is urs concurrent processing? that is very good to hear substitution cases are getting approved quickly. i am worried because mine is substituted labour.

i am eagerly waiting for ur update. i think u will be getting some update by today evening. hope it will be approval. i am eager because our cases are moving similarly except yesterday's LUD. did u apply 140 and 485 concurrently.please post the update.

Hi gcwait2005,

I have questions can you clarify for me. My I140 applied on 02/01/2005(RD) and later I applied I485 and also for my wife on 04/08/2005(RD), still I am not received FP Notice and EAD for her. I am not applied(EAD). Do you know emergency number to call? Please let me know which number to call.

what happened to Feb guys....no updates

no one got any updates..hello silent observers ..join the thread and make this more informative...don't be lazy..hardly it takes 2 mins of ur time...

My lawyer recieved the approval notice today . Not sure about the exact approval date.



I don't have the 140 Number with me to check the exact AD. At least I wanted give you guys some updates to keep this thread alive.

No changes on 485 except for one LUD on 05/04/2005

No, the online status still says that.. ' it is taking 270 - 300 days' ..

My I485 RD is 03/09/05. I haven't recieved FP notice yet. But I did recieve a medical RFE.
