I 140 exp letter goof up

Hi Gurus,

I recently filed 140 based on sub labor and 485 concurrently.
Attorney mailed me the copy of papers they had filed. I found
out they missed to submit one exp letter. The Sub LC requires
BS + 5 yrs. The other exp letter was an old one which didn't
contain the word progressive. In short my lawyer goofed up
in submitting the right experiecne letters on file.
We haven't yet received any receipt. Is it possible that lawyer
can send missing experice letter and the revised ones to the agency
even before USCIS finds out. Please advise.

Some one please reply if it is possible to send a followup
documentation (experience letters) or do we wait for
denial or RFE
