While checking online status, I found that my I-140 approved today. I shall look forward to apply 485 now. Thanks everyone in this forum and I wish everyone get approved soon.
 
RFE was about company's financial position. They asked about company's 2001 return, my 2001 return and my 2001 W2.

clarification please

could you pls let me know if I-140 EB-2 solo same as
EB-2 NIW self-petition (i.e. without a company sponsor) ?
If so, do they ask for company financials even for EB-2 NIW self-petition.

Or does I-140 Solo EB-2 mean the petition was filed by the individual without a lawyer ?

Yes I-140 Solo means that 485 gets filed after 140 is approved.
My I-140 EB2-RIR was due to BS degree and 5+ years experience, not NIW.

I checked the status on 23 Dec night and it said that it was approved on the same date.
I think they received RFE on on 11th Dec.

Thanks everyone in this Forum. It looks like many persons in EB2 category got approval in similar timeframe. As my I-140 was not concurrent, I am waiting to my company lawyer to apply for 485.
Definitely this forum provides lot of support and hope when BCIS is taking too much time while being completely inconsistent.
