I-140 EB2 Approved after 23 Months!

My I-140 is approved on 05/10/04. I checked the website yesterday and found it.
Here is the details:--

RD: June 12 2002 [485 Filed on Jan 26th 2002, Still Pending]
RFE: Jan 23 2004
RFE Replied on : Someday in March 2004
AD: May 10 2004.

I thank everyone in this forum for your advice and consolations.

My special thanks to Mr.Rajiv Khanna, Tammy2, Erickm, SKUSA, IndiaUSA and others.


For those who are waiting for long time, keep your hopes alive. It will happen someday!!!!!!!

23 months!!!! Congrats...

i wish your 485 approves in a week or two..

i noticed 2 guys like you who got their 140 after 18+ months got approval of their 485 in 2 months.

so congrats in advance.

I am waiting for the last 22 months and received a RFE Today. Eager to know what RFE was yours realated to ... Could you post.

As promised, i went to SriLakshmi Temple, Ashland, MA and did archana. Have to go to Tirupati during my next trip!

The RFE was on my company Financials - my W2s of 2002, 2003 and the Company Financial statements for 2002/2003 was submitted. Only 5-7 employees are working for the company and they incurred loss in 2003!
