Thanks for sharing.
Your case is very strong.
Congrats!!!!!!
Q1: How did you get the Journal Citation Report ranking, etc.?
Q2: Did you wrap up the evidence in a lengthy petition letter (meaning specifically claimed that you met what and what criteria, etc.), or you only listed your exhibits?

Suggestions Please!!

I am preparing I140-EA (self).

Credentials:
PhD (India-National Lab), Postdoc- 4 years, Research Faculty (present) in good university
awards-poster prizes, research best paper awards-national, postdoc fellowship, travel award, JRF and SRF fellowships
membership- sigma xi and other one full member, 3 other membership in national level
judging-editorial board(5 journal), reviewer (6 journal), reviewed 10-14 papers, poster judging
publications-24 (13 first author), 40+ citations, two book chapter, 1 review, 4 corresponding author
Conferences- 24 abstracts, 12 in America (7 National and 5 Regional)
Letters- 3 editors of journals, 2 national other universities, 3 same university, 1 collaborator, other 2

My plan: E-file I-140, submit documents, after 15 days update to Premium Processing. I have written 32 pages of covering letter.
Any suggestions to avoid RFE and to get the approval faster.
Thank you

You have a strong case. Just make sure that you write an effective cover letter, strongly making your case for the criteria which you are claiming to meet.

What is your suggestion!

Hi Kumar, Congratulations!!!!

May aske you a few questions?

How many points did you claim? It seems you don't have strong awards(this is actually my major concern for my own case). Did you serve as peer reviewer? I guess you must made a superb job selling youself.

Thank you!
