I-140 Eb 1A approved 16th March 05 (WAC04226xxxxxx

I-485 still pending, finger prints done in october 04

Any idea what are the chances of a successful AOS?

Did you have your signature and photograph taken when you did your fingerprints? If not, then you will be asked to go to an appointment to do this.

Otherwise, GC will follow very soon after I-140 approval - subject to security and name check.

I haven an EB-EA 1 pending at CSC and might get an RFE.
Could you share more details of your application ? Or do you even have something electronic (overview, table of content) you would be willing to share after deleting personal infromation)
