I-140 & EAD approved

This morning I checked USCIS on-line status system.
My I-140 and EAD (my wife) were approved.
I didn’t applied my EAD because my H1 is expires on October 2005.
I am happy for her freedom to work.
I am glad my immigration process is half way through.
I deeply appreciate this forum and its member for sincere advice and information.

When we applied I-485, my family didn’t submit medical checkup.
My lawyer didn’t ask me and I didn’t ask her.
Let me know if any body has similar experience.

I-140/I-485/EAD EB2 Concurrent
RD 12-30-03 ND 1-1-04

2-25-04 RFE on I-140 for Ability to Pay, my W-2, Business License
4-1-04 Submit RFE with 2 page tax returns and un-audited financial statement.
--> Finance controller and Lawyer’s decision
4-8-04 Received RFE
4-20-04 2nd RFE on I-140 for incomplete tax return and un-audited financial
5-11-04 Submit 2nd RFE with more than 9 pages tax return and audited financial
5-13-04 Received 2nd RFE
5-17-04 I-140 & EAD approved on USCIS-email system
I-140 --> This case has been approved. On May 17, 2004, an approval notice was mailed.
EAD -->
On May 17, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

4-16-04 FP done
4-20-04 received FP results

Company Size

My company is about 15 employee.
But majority stock holder(51%) is a company with +200 employees.

Hi,

I'm about to join a company which is processing my labor(future employment). Once the labor is approved, I will join the company. How long do I have to wait for applying the 140 & 485 after joining this company. Do I have to wait to submit the paystubs for few weeks? If I apply immediately without any paystubs, does it have any effect on the applications. Please let me know.
