I-140 denied at TSC. Help please!!!

Hi,
My I-140 is denied at TSC, and I haven't recieved denial notice yet.
My prority date is Jan2003, and LC is filed under EB3. I have 6 yrs of education(3 yrs BSC+ 3 Yrs MCA). I am thinking my case is straight fwd, and I am not sure why it's denied.

Currently I am on EAD only. My H1 got expired couple of months back.

Could you please let me know the options what I have now?

Wait for the denial reason and ask your employer to file a Motion to Reopen. If you do that real quick (~30 days) the I-485 wont get denied, consequently the EAD will remain valid.

Your 3 year degree is probably not considered equivalent to a 4-year US degree.

mowry_889, please post the reason(s) for your denial. I am also in same boat with 3 + 3 (BSC & MCA). My file is in NSC and still shows pending.

Did you get the denial notice? What was the reason of denial? What action of plan you have taken? Can you please share!

If you have a 3+3, depending on your case, there is strong support for an MTR. There is an AAO case in favor of approval - but every case is different. Wait until you get the denial and then feel free to contact me www.cciFree.com

With a Masters degree it is generally approved if handled properly.

Your 3 year degree is probably not considered equivalent to a 4-year US degree.
