I-140 Denial / REF due to 3yrs colleage degree in TEXAS CENTER

Anyone have a Denial or REF for I-140 in lack of 1yrs colleage degree (only have 3yrs colleage) please post / share detail here.

it should not be a problem.

3 Year college degree should not be a problem. Why, Did you get an RFE based on a 3 year degree?
 
A 3 year college degree is NOT considered equivalent to a US 4 year bachelors degree unless additional qualifications were obtained that amount to at least 1 year of course work. Work experience gained can sometimes be substituted for College degree.
