I-140 date are 05.08.04 but my case was filed through lawyer on 04.30.03 and not yet . any one has got approved of the same date 04.30.03. Please let me know I sopketo my lwayer they told thery will do status check.

AP renwal notice on 02.26.04
EAD newal notice on 02.26.04
I-140- recvd:04.30.03.
got fp done on 04/02/04.

Any suggestions how to track my I-140 .. Please suggest me what to do.

I am with the same date..

I-140- recvd:04.30.03.
FP done on Mar 4th 2004.
AP and EAD renewal Applied in the third week on Feb'2004.

Still waiting for the I-140 Approval ?????????

Also,wait for 1 month and then i think u can call them and ask to gener some kind of query on ur case,there is something like this, i am trying my best to find out what erxactly is that,all the best

If your receipt date is before the date shown in the processing time chart for that center, then you can call right away 800-375-5283 for a case status referral. Then the service center will research and respond to you within 30 days.

As karns told... check your 140 application.. and find out the check box your lawyer selected


Advanced Degree or exceptional ability?

OR

Skilled Worker or professional?

If that is second one.. then you are EB3.

if that is first one.. i am sorry you are under EB2.

check that one first.

You better call that 800 number mentioned on the processing page.

call and let us know... my friend did the same thing.. he called lot of times..

and he got approved.
