I 140 cuncurrent law change in Nebraska

Hi,
My RD for 140 is Nov 6 2003
RD for 485 is Nov 26 2003
I got my EAD/AP on Dec 26 2003 and my wife, son got the query regarding Photo. Their EAD/AP approved on Jan 29 2003.

Is anybody know that how this new law affected the 140 processing? Is anybody who applied the same time got approved after new law enforced in ?Nebraska

Some people get PF apdate in a week. Some nerver got updated. My PF was done on May 1st, and it never got updated.
