Please let me know about my chances to apporve I 140.


1. PhD from Europe 2006 (not from the top one, blah-blah State University).
2. Currently a postdoc at US University. Pharmacy/Medicine.
3. a) 45 papers in peer-review journals.
b) 11 first authored/Co first authored
c) 30 abstracts in national/international meetings.
4. 120+ citations.
5. Memberships in different societies requires PhD degrees and atleast two nominations
6. Two best poster awards in Conferences....
7. Reviewer for 8 Journals and reviewed 10 papers.
8. Three invitations to submit my research articles

On which criteria can I apply in EB1a category.
 
You may qualify for EB1-EA:

1) Publication (papers + abstracts + citations)

2) Membership (Memberships in different societies requires PhD degrees and atleast two nominations)

3) Judge of others (Reviewer for 8 Journals and reviewed 10 papers)

4) Not sure about your "original contribution to the field". Because you have 120+ citations, it may be fine also.

Vector P, Thank you very much for your response. Do you think I could not claim for the EB-1A in Original contribution to the field criteria. If I have the 9 recommendation letters and 120+ citations. Do we need the receommendation letters from different countries.

I have also another doubt. I have a one publication in marquis who is who in the world, can clainm in Published material about the alien in professional or major trade publications.
