I-140 catagory change impact ??

After almost a year of filling I-140 concurrently, CIS sent an RFE about classyfyng me as EB3 (my case was filed as EB2) for which my attorney replied today and he is agreed with CIS so now CIS will process me as EB3.
I dont really care if I am falling under EB2 or EB3 or EB10 as long as I get approved in a reasonable time frame.

Now my worry is, what wud be the priorty of my case ? wud it join the line again at the very end ? or CIS will keep working on my case as it came up as EB2 but re classified as EB3 ? Or it wud be a fresh re-start.

Any ideas or experience ? please share I will appreciate

-----no problem they will approve I-140 in EB3 ,at this time EB2 or EB3 does not matter.
----- why dont you file I-485, EAD AP with I-140 filing reciept???
Any ideas or experience ? please share I will appreciate
