I - 140 case Query from USCIS-- Today

My ND 05/05/2003

Today finally it looks like they have touched my file
But i am not that lucky to get approval all that i was
surprised to see is a message asking for aditional evidence.

Forum members can some of you throw some light on this
request.

I don't think there's any way to know what this is until your lawyer / company receive the RFE. Typically at this stage these are for the sponsoring company's ability to pay you (RFEs earlier on seem to be for things like missing documents but this could be the case also).
