I-140 at TSC. Where to send I-485?

Just follow the recent note for I-485:

They will take care of your file if it needs to be sent to TSC...

i read a note from uscis website that effective july 30th, depending on which state you live, you have to send your i-485 either to tsc or Nsc.

Thank you very much for your reply.
But it does not clearly says for the e-filing cases, I e-filed it on 28th Sep.
Any comment from Chris or other members?
