I-140 at NSC - No Progress for over 9 Months

At Last ..... I140 Approved

After long wait of almost 16 Months and going through frustating time, finally I got I140 approval last week. Attorney has confirmed that he got approval notice in mail today. My ND for 140/485/765 was 03/03/03, concurrent filed at NSC for EB3. There was no progress on 140 during this time. For Labor PD was 07/01 and approval date was 01/03.

With 18 months for labor and 16 months for 140, I do not know what will be the time frame for 485 for me. I would like to thank Naanshi, Ginnu, Unnit and all others for help/advise to mr during this torrid time. Wishing good luck to every one in this forum.

So Ohoto memo is useless huh? Its frastruating that more and more cases looks like they are not applying ohoto memo for before April cases and still not approving concurrently filled I140. I don't know whats going on inside NSC

I dont have a problem if they dont use Ohata for cases filed prior to April 2004. But whta is disgusting is that even 140 for those cases (prior to April 04) are not moving., Atleast that will help us make use of AC21. Lets hope and pray that these guys do something or atleast amend AC21.

I read another post from cocktail who filed concurrently
in I think Feb,2004(or sometime around) whose 140 has cleared and he has got rfe for 485.

I guess we have our files, with some one real lazy, mine is pending from July 03 :mad:
