Has any one been through this?
I applied my I-140 on Mar 26, 2007 at Texas Service Center.After couple of months, it was sent to Nebraska Service Center.On Feb 13, 2008 they sent to Des Moines for further processing.I dont understand why the file is hopping from one service center to another.There are no RFE's either.Atleast, I would know that they are looking at the file.Absolutely no idea, if the file is even being looked at.So wondering if anyone faced this?
This is important because I need to extend my H1-B and would have got it for 3 years.Now with no I-140 approval, I can get it for only 1 year and keep on renewing it.
Your help and suggestion is appreciated.
