I-140 as a future GC??

Hi unitednations & other Gurus
My I-140 only has been filed by my ex-employer, So is there any type of issue OR Denial will come??, I moved to new employer after my labor got approved and my ex-employer is fully supporting.
So any kind of issue such as RFE or Denial can come on my case, Pl.let me know.
response from USCIS for my I-140 came Today as follow:

"Your application is pending review and additional system checks. You
will be notified by mail once a decision has been made. Thank you."

So Pl.let me know. Thank you

USCIS will call for interview for my I-485 OR for I-140, still my I-485 not yet filed. Pl.let me know. Thank you
