I140 Approved Atlast......

Just wanted to share with you all....

This info is of my friend who has applied I485/I140 Concurrently through my comany.

Concurrent - EB3
ND 02/04/03
AD 10/18/03
I-140 Approved on 10/20/03 with No RFE's.

By looking at the trend, rightnow USCIS is working faster on EB3 cases than other category cases, because I haven't seen any recent approvals of EB2 cases and also my ND is 01/27/03 for I140 and I haven't heard anything yet ????

Lets hope that they maintain the same speed of EB3 for all the other categories........

So the 05/2002 date has no meaning?

I had read on some other threads that VSC EB2 had retrogressed to May 2002 - or, I guess that might just be the ND of the ealriest unapproved/disapproved petition?

congrats. you got such a fast approval even in EB2. Gives a little hope. VSC has shifted EB2 dates backward.

Congratulations to those whose I-140 is cleared!!!

I wonder how it is that the VSC I140 processing times report shows date of 10/10/2002 (for EB3) and EB3 cases of Feb 2003 are approved (which is a good news :)) ).

Are the processing times report not updated??
 
It seems that USCIS is working on cases for I140 with RD in Jan.
