Just checked and found that my I-140 was approved on 03/06/2002. Here the details...

PD 01/18/2001
RD 01/23/2002
ND 01/23/2002
AP 03/06/2002

As usual I waited more than 3 yrs for my LC, now I will wait another 2 yrs for 140. I hope 485 takes one year only

I think you should also get your I140 approved now. Your ND is before us. Wish you good luck and remember that saying is not always true... :)

Best time to call AVM is after 6.00 or late in the night like 8.00 or 10.00. The other thing is keep on trying, usually i get through in 5 or 6 tries, if not then i call in the evening and in the evening it gets through definetely in 3 to 4 tries.

I also hope my turn will come soon.... :) As looking on to different cases, I am confused what criteria INS uses for the approval of application. I mean so many people who applied after all of us has got their approval.... :) no idea what INS is doing and why??????
