Our application dates are very close but there is no news on my 140 or 485 or i didn't got my fp notice also.

my education is B.Sc( which is 3 years), may be this is cause of delay in my view

RFE was on educational eval, 2001 w2 ,letter of experience from previous employer and company 2001 tax paper to show ability to pay the LC salary as at 2001 which was the date labour cert. was filed.

Bsc is 5yrs so no problems with eval.
I got letters from two previous employers and send my 2001 w2, then copany also sned their tax papers for 2001.
