For all you September 2003 filers waiting. Keep that hope burning. I finally got my Approval Email for my I-140.

Did ur LUD on I-140/I-485 changed anytime after 12/10/04 and until u receive ur I-140 approval email?

Mine also same situation,

PD - 06-2004
ND I-140/485 - 01/2004 (Concurrent)
FP 05/2004
I-140 LUD - 12/07,12/08,12/09 and then stopped
I-485 LUD - 12/08,12/09,12/10 and then stopped
Spouse 475 LUD - 12/09,12/10 and then stopped

By seeing your case, looks like there's still a ray of hope alive.

No KVRP, It didn't change after 12/10/04.

Gurus,

I am sure something is cooking up with NSC. Here is chronology of LUD change

12/07/04--- My wife LUD change on I140
12/08/04--- LUD on my I-140 changed
12/09/04--- LUD on my I-140 changed again
12/10/04--- LUD on our both's I-485 changed
After that there is no change till today.

Cany anybody posulate any theroy on this change pattern. And most of us are having the same patten.
 
Although I am no authority, I think an LUD is positive to indicate that a case is being looked at or worked apon. I am just praying that my I-485 too is approved. Thanks for the wishes guys.

Thanks for sharing ur info. I hope ur approval keep all of us hopes ALIVE :) whose LUDs were updated on 12/10/04. Hope u receive ur I-485 approval email too very soon.

Dude, you and I had almost the same dates of our GC journeys. Let's hope for the best and quick I-140/485 approvals very soon (before 12/31/04, i wish :) :))

My I-485 got approved today. LUD changed on 12/17/2004 and today. Thanks for all your good wishes ! Best of luck to you all. Especially for my September 2003 friends out there, keep the faith...
