I-140 Approved

My 140 was approved today on October 27, 2004 8:30 PM.

I recieved an email confirmation. My phone message has also changed to approved.

But my 485 is still pending and the phone message says the same thing " due to system error....blah blah..."

Congrats dude...good luck for your 485.

My case was not was considered concurrent. Not sure on what basis they are choosing the concurrent cases.

485 RD : :09/30/04 ??? Iguess, you want to say :09/30/03, right?

When was your 140 filed?
What does your phone message say?

Yes you are right. 485 RD 09/30/03.

Phone message says whatever I see online. "Your fingerprints recieved on 05/25 blah blah ..." But in your cases phone msg is still problem, right?.

This is the first time I am hearing the phone message, I know the USCIS online message which we registered. Could anyone please give me some idea of phone message ? and How would I verify my case using phone message ? Is there any phone no like DOL Labor ?

FP - 5/11/04- Updated USCIS site ( Received) - 06/07/04
1st EAD/AP ( Approved ) - 01/17/04
2nd EAD/AP ( Applied ) - 09/27/04

They are not processing EB1 and EB2, Only EB3
