When did you do fingerprinting ?

As I filed with CP option there is no fingerprinting here in US.

This was regarding the employer ability to pay:
BCIS asked for 2001,2002,2003 employers tax returns and a letter on employers letterhead stating that they will support and provide the salary once I get GC and join them
