I was waiting for this day!! It is unbelievalbe. My 140 got approved today. Here are my details:

EB2 RIR Cuncurrent Filing.

RD - 08-23-2003
ND - 08-26-2003
EAD AD - 10-29-2003
140 AD - 05-18-2004
FP - ????
485 _???????????????


I have been following this fourm for quite some time. This fourm is great. Though this is my first post, most of the time my views are expressed by someone else.

So whoever has the notice date around 8/26/2003 can expect approves very soon. I think the guy who is handling these cases is back from his vaccation :). Dont loose hope. Your day will come soon. It is my day today.

PS: I guess, i need to change my user name as Freed_Bonded_labourer :)

Can someone please update the traker sheet. I dont have excel at work.

Now you are half-free bonded... once 485 is approved you are fully free..

I think your tip helped. I followed exactly what you said for the past few days. (I deleted and added all my cases to my profile once a day and checked the status several times). May be it workded :) No harm in trying.

But one thing for sure. Checking the status frequently is not going to affect your approval as feared by some folks.
 
Congratulations. I do not see any logic in adding and deleting the EAC / checking the status several has any bearing on your case. Technically speaking, there should not be any effect on the database or system, if they were logging every single action, their database might have blown within a week(with all these scanners and websites and guys like us)..........But with CIS, you never know.............

My I140 was approved on 5/18 ..ND is 9/26 .

I dont regularly check the I140 status online, but do read the forum everyday. today when i saw your note saying all filers with a ND of 9/26 will be approved shortly coz the officer is back from vacation. I just went online & checked my status ... it was approved ... Im very happy. Good Luck to all. :D

Congratulations !!. Am hoping to hear something pretty soon, mine is ND 9/22 .
