I-140 approved

My I-140 was approved on Monday. Here are my details:

EB3 category
ND : Sept 24, 2003 (concurrently applied 1-140/I-485)
No RFE for I-140 (had RFE in Feb03 for initial EAD and AP though - they wanted photo ID)

I-140 Approved on May 10th, 2004

I hope the VSC can make as much progress on the AOS backlog as they have with the I-140s. Good luck to everyone. I have updated the tracker.

Philly, they did not update the I-140 until it was approved. I don't remember the previous update date, but it was about a week after the notice date.
