Guys,
Finally my I-140 has been approved on May 10th.. I received an email just now from USCIS stating that my case has been approved...
Details :
EB3 category
ND : Aug 1st, 2002 (Yes.. 2002!!!)
RFE : April 10th, 2004 on Company's ability to pay and my 2003 W2.
RFE Replied on : April 20th, 2004
Approved on : May 10th, 2004.. :D :D :D

2nd EAD applied on Dec 2nd, 2003
Aprroval : ????? :confused: :confused: :confused:

I-131 applied on Dec 2nd, 2003
Approved : May 5th, 2004.. :D :D :D

Good luck to those who are still waiting for their approvals.. see you guys in 485 forum..

Please tell me about ur company if you don't mind. What documents have you submitted for an RFE? Is your company profitable? Is your LC salary maches your current salary?

I sent my W2 forms for the years 2001,2002 and 2003. My employer had sent his W2/Financial statement for the same years.. Seems like my company is doing good and my salary is much higher than what was shown in my LC..
