Hello Guys ,
My I-140 is approved today on April5th,just now checked the online message is changed and saying APPROVED.
Thanx to everyone in this forum it was a long journey,but everyone here is wonderful........

Congrats! I am in the same CP boat as you.. except that my RD is Oct 2003. I am wondering if I should ask my attorney to request a case status check now.. I am thinking if it is too early...

Can you please let me know when your attorney requested a case status check.. that is how many days/months after your RD of I140?? This would really help me a lot in making a decision as to when I should ask my attorney to request a case status check with VSC...

actually i dont know the eact date as when i called him to find the updates he said hehas filed status check and would let me know any new developments.
My guess is when he started seeing the late MAY approvals he filed the status check as my RD is JUN 05.
So when u see approvals near your RD date, try to contact your attorney.
