Hey guys,
I am very to announce that my I140 is approved today.
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the message.
It took 18 months for my case.

It's 20 months right? They say it will take max 485 days.

Still how many are there with more than 485days pending, especially EB2 guys?

Tens?
Hundreds?
Thousands?

I did open a case in Jan 2003 but they said that they are still processing June 2002 cases and mine would take another 3 months. I told them that their web site says that they are processing jan 2003 for EB3 even then they wouldnt listen..If I don't get my approval by next month I will call them again.. :mad:

Ask your lawyer to call them.
My lawyer also called them on 11th Feb 2004 and it was approved within a month. I don't know if its a coincidence or not.
