RD : 12/20/2002
ND : 1/21/2003

No approvals yet for EAD/AP.

I am very happy to receive the I-140 approval notice in a short time guys....

You got ND for I485/EAD/AP the same day of your I-140 approval. It could be that VSC is checking the documents and underlying I-140 before issuing the ND for the rest, or just a coincidence.?.

My mailing date is 12/20/02...I should expect ND for my concurrent filing applications soon...!.
