I-140 approved with I-485, but would like to start CP!!

Hi, I got I-140 approved with I-485 applied, I would like to start CP, so what do I do to get it approved ASAP, could someone plz help me on this??

If you are in Nebraska service center, then you better think of filing
485. I was in the same boat as you and opted to go for CP. Filed
I-824 to change from 485 to CP, so far no approval after 5.5 months.
My lawyer said that even though if my I-824 was approved today, it
would take another 5 to 6 months for the interview assuming that INS
is working fine. I regret that i opted this one,by now i could had my
freedom to change my employer according to the new 6 months rule.
 I heard people have been waiting for the past 7 months for 824 approvals.
 
I-824 APPROVAL NOT RQUIRED

I-824 receipt is required at most Consulates.E.g at New Dehi and Mumbai consulates they do AC-140 with I-824 receipts.So u do not have to wait for I-824 approval.Which consulate are u from?
