I-140 approved What next?

Dear colleagues,
My I-140 was approved today (RIR cert)
I will complete my J1 req in Feb 2003.
My case according to the INS was sent to NVC for CP.
What happens next. When should I apply for CP and what is Packet 3.

You should send in Packet 3 about 3-4 months before your J-1 waiver gets over i.e around 10/2002 - 11/2002 and ask for interview immediately after the date your 3 years get over. you can get more info about CP at the NVC website
