My I-140 is approved (Notice Date: April 13, 2006). My priority date is June 20, 2005. What are the next steps? I have to get I-485 done...right??? Can i file it now or wait till the visa numbers become current for my category EB3 (as of now my category is current for April 2001). I was wondering if there is any way i can expedite this process and begin my adjustment of staus as soon as possible. Any directions/suggestions will help.
